VITEEE Eligibility Criteria

Candidates, should fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria to seek admission under NRI / Foreign category, otherwise their admission will stand cancelled. For different courses at graduate and undergraduate level the eligibility criteria is given below

UNDER GRADUATE / INTEGRATED PROGRAMMES

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

The minimum academic qualification required for admission to the various programmes is given below:

Candidates should have completed 12 years of schooling (Equivalent to 10+2 system of Indian Education) with minimum average of Grade ' C ' / Minimum average Grade point of "4" in over all grade in standard XII or Equivalent Degree; In all cases, the grade point must be equivalent to 60%.

Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July 1991 are eligible to apply.

Candidates appearing for their XII std or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply.

It is compulsory for selected candidates to produce their final year marks statement and other relevant document August 15th, failing which, their admission will stand cancelled.

POST GRADUATE PROGRAMMES

Candidates appearing for their final degree exam/final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.

Candidates selected should produce their final year marks statement, Provisional degree certificate and other relevant documents before August 15th, failing which, their admission will stand cancelled.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum academic qualification required for admission to the various Post graduate programmes is given below:

M.Sc. DEGREE PROGRAMMES

Candidates should have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognised University or Equivalent Degree with a minimum of 50% marks.

MBA & MBA (IB) DEGREE PROGRAMMES

Candidates should have graduated with full-time Bachelor's Degree of any recognised University with 60% and with a good academic performance.

Candidates should have a valid GMAT Score.

Some executive work experience is preferred.

Extra-curricular that engage the candidate in healthy and productive interaction with others are an added advantage.

M.TECH. & MCA DEGREE PROGRAMMES

Candidates should have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks for MCA and 50% marks for M.Tech. Degree programmes.

Consistent academic performance record in X Std. and XII Std. is required (For MCA Programme)

Age Criteria

Students should not be more than 21 years of age on 1st of July of the current year to be eligible for VITEEE examinations.

VITEEE Exam Fees

The application form for VITEEE is for Rs 750/-. At the time of counseling, students have to pay Rs. 30,000/- in the form of demand draft drawn in the favor of VIT University, payable at Vellore.
